Guest Policy
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or equivalent) is required at check-in for identity verification and fraud prevention. If you require a late check-out, please notify the Front Desk prior to your departure date. Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Should you need to depart earlier than scheduled, please inform the Front Desk in advance.
SETTLEMENT OF BILLS
All outstanding charges must be settled prior to check-out. We accept cash, local bank transfer, and credit card. Please note that third-party credit card payments will incur an additional processing fee of 2% of the total amount.
ROOM CAPACITY
Each cabin is designed for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. If you require accommodation for additional guests, please contact us in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for additional occupants and reserve the right to decline such requests. Cabins may only be occupied by guests registered at reception with a valid identity document.
WI-FI
Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
DRONE POLICY
Out of respect for the privacy and tranquility of all guests, drones may only be operated on the property with prior written authorisation from Panoramika Management. Drones must not be flown over other cabins or in the vicinity of neighbouring cabin windows. Management reserves the right to require the immediate grounding of any drone operated in violation of this policy.
PETS
Pets are welcome at Aurora Cabins by Panoramika. Pet owners are fully responsible for the behavior of their animals during the stay. Pets are not permitted on beds, sofa cushions, or hotel towels. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pet.
SMOKING
Smoking is permitted in the kitchen area and on the deck only. Smoking inside the cabin is strictly prohibited and will result in an additional cleaning fee. The use of marijuana or any illegal substances is prohibited at all times on the property. Housekeeping and Front Desk staff are trained to identify prohibited odors. Guests found to have smoked inside their cabin or introduced prohibited items into the facility will be fined and evicted without refund.
HOUSEKEEPING & ROOM INSPECTIONS
Housekeeping is provided daily between 08:00 and 19:00. All rooms are cleaned and inspected daily, and a detailed log is maintained for each cabin. Rooms are prepared and rented in appropriate condition, free of any prohibited odors or items.
LOST & FOUND
Aurora Cabins by Panoramika assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or personal belongings. If you believe you have left an item behind, please contact the Front Desk immediately and we will make every reasonable effort to assist you.
Any item left behind by a guest and found by Housekeeping after departure will be collected, logged, and stored securely for up to 14 days. Records of lost and found items are retained for 6 months. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the guest. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries will be discarded.
If we are unable to reach the guest within the 14-day holding period, items will be stored for a further 3 months, after which unclaimed items will be disposed of, donated to local organisations, or otherwise handled at the discretion of Aurora Cabins by Panoramika.
FIREARMS & WEAPONS
The safety and security of our guests and staff is of paramount importance. Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, regardless of whether the guest is lawfully permitted to carry them. This policy applies to all guests, visitors, and vendors without exception.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In the event of a fire or any other emergency, please notify the Front Desk or Housekeeping immediately. Fire extinguishers are located under the kitchen sink of each cabin. Their location will be pointed out to you at check-in. In the event of a medical emergency or accident — whether inside the cabin or on the property — please contact reception as soon as possible. A Doctor on Call service is available and may be arranged through the Front Desk. Please note that an additional charge applies for this service. If you are unable to reach the Front Desk or Housekeeping in an emergency, please contact us via WhatsApp at +62 823 4064 6117.
ILLNESS & EPIDEMICS
Aurora Cabins by Panoramika reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest presenting with a contagious illness. If illness occurs during your stay, please notify the Front Desk promptly. In cases of serious illness, guests may be required to seek medical attention at a nearby healthcare facility. During periods of epidemic or health emergency, we reserve the right to implement precautionary measures as required by local authorities or at the discretion of management. Additional room cleaning fees may apply under such circumstances.
NOISE & PARTIES
Out of respect for other guests, loud noise and loud music are not permitted at any time. Aurora Cabins by Panoramika enforces a strict No In-Cabin Party Policy. Parties, loud disturbances, and noise nuisance will not be tolerated. In the event of a disturbance, one formal warning will be issued. Failure to comply will result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without refund. The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of all visitors. Non-registered visitors are permitted on the premises until 22:00 only. Any visitor remaining on the property after 22:00 must be formally registered at reception.
DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR
The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest who disrupts public order or disturbs other guests. No refund will be issued in such cases.
PARKING
Parking is available free of charge for registered guests. All vehicles must be listed on the guest registration at check-in. All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. Aurora Cabins by Panoramika accepts no liability for any vehicle, its occupants, or its contents while on the property. Vehicles left on the premises after check-out without prior consent of management may be towed at the owner's expense. Vehicle repairs are not permitted on hotel grounds.
PROPERTY & FACILITIES
Guests are expected to use all hotel facilities responsibly and with consideration for other guests. Guests are liable for any damage - whether deliberate, negligent, or reckless - caused to their cabin, the hotel premises, or hotel property by themselves or any member of their party. Rooms are inspected upon check-out. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, including broken or missing items, stains, or excessive mess, will be charged accordingly.
PRIVACY
Personal information provided during the reservation process will be used solely for booking and accommodation purposes and will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable laws.
ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY
Guests wishing to undertake activities outside the property - including jungle trekking or mountain hiking - are kindly requested to inform the Front Desk in advance. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend the use of a certified local guide.
