REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Guests who cancel their reservation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.


NON-REFUNDABLE RATE PLANS

Reservations made under promotional, discounted, or advance purchase rate plans are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. Guests are strongly encouraged to review the terms of their selected rate plan carefully before confirming their reservation.


EARLY DEPARTURES

Should a guest choose to check out before their scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for unused nights.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To submit a refund request, please contact our team directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. To process your request efficiently, please have your name, booking reference, and reservation details available. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days of receipt.


PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once a refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider and may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.


PAYMENT SECURITY

Your financial security is important to us. All transactions are handled through trusted and secure payment processors. Full payment card details are never stored on our systems following the completion of a transaction. For security purposes, refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
